Statement Regarding British U-21 Final Streaming Disruption

08 Jun 2026 | 18:00

We want to address the issues some of you experienced accessing last night's British U21 Final via our website, and we want to be completely open with you about it.

During the broadcast, streaming links on our website became unavailable for a period of time. We want to be clear that those watching through our TV apps were unaffected and the broadcast itself ran completely smoothly — the production team delivered exactly what we'd expect. This was purely a website issue.

As many of you may know, BSN has recently transitioned to a new web development team — a respected and experienced developer we have invested significantly in, with the aim of taking this platform forward. A key part of that vision is making BSN easier than ever to watch, particularly through our TV apps. Unfortunately, the transition hasn't been without its difficulties, and last night is a reflection of that. We are just as frustrated and disappointed as you are — this is not something we take lightly after five years of working hard to build a service you can rely on.

Our developers are actively investigating the root cause of last night's disruption to ensure it cannot happen again.

This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and it falls short of what you deserve.

If you were unable to watch last night's event and would like to request a refund — whether you hold a Single Match Pass or a Season Pass — please get in touch with us directly at support@britishspeedwaynetwork.co.uk and we will take care of you.

Thank you for your continued patience and support. We remain fully committed to giving you the best possible experience watching British Speedway.
